The user can choose between the new fast and simultaneous multi-frequency programs or between 49 single frequencies from 4 to 45 kHz. The graphic below illustrates the sensitivity and iron discrimination capability as a function of frequency. The advantage of the XP Fast Multi-Frequency programs, which cover a wider range of targets, is clearly visible. This is only a basic schematic, which may vary depending on the program and real terrain conditions, but you can see a higher find rate and search depth.

With the patented, shockproof and waterproof remote control as the Deus II control module, also called the RC, the internal settings of the DEUS II can be adjusted. The remote control can be attached to the S-telescopic shaft with a practical clip holder or stowed in the supplied belt pouch.



As is typical for XP, assembly and disassembly of the detector takes only a few seconds! And all without annoying cables! The patented FMF depth search coil can also be swapped out in no time.

The slightly modified 3-piece S-telescopic shaft at the handle swings excellently, comparatively much better than straight telescopic shafts. The ergonomically shaped rubber handle is very comfortable and slip-resistant in the hand. Our opinion: A metal detector can't feel any better in the hand.


The XP Deus II remote control is IP68 certified and is mechanically designed and waterproof to a diving depth of up to 20m.   





With the Deus II, XP also presents the world's first bone conduction headphones (Bone Conduction) for metal detectors, available as an optional accessory. 
The headphones generate sound using encapsulated transducers that rest just in front of the ears, where the temporal bone meets the cheekbone. The headphones offer surprisingly good sound and allow the user to perceive environmental sounds completely without any obstructive headphone cups covering the ears.

XP Deus II bone conduction headphones (not included) can be used down to a diving depth of 20m and are also suitable for use on land.

The DEUS II is also highly innovative detector design paired with the latest XP high-end technology of the patented FMF® technology (Fast Multi Frequency). With the new FMF search coils, users enjoy previously unmatched performance in search depth and comfort.

The WS6 is not just a wireless audio headset. The XP Deus WS6 wireless headphones control the functions of the miniature electronics integrated in the depth search coil.
