XP once again pushes the high-end boundaries with the Deus II. This new wireless multi-frequency metal detector is absolutely unique worldwide in its features and performance. Once coil, remote control, headphones and pinpointer are paired, they communicate completely wirelessly and without delay (10 x faster than Bluetooth) via XP’s patented radio protocol system.

This means that the finds/targets detected by the search coil are transmitted quickly and without delay to the headphones, which gives the DEUS II absolutely unmatched speed and accuracy. Thanks to FMF® technology (Fast Multi Frequency), the DEUS II performs excellently in any terrain and under any conditions, both on land and underwater.

The user has the option to choose between the new fast and simultaneous multi-frequency programs or between 49 single frequencies from 4 to 45 kHz. The graph below illustrates the sensitivity and iron discrimination ability depending on frequency. It is easy to see the advantage of the XP Fast Multi-Frequency programs, which cover a wider spectrum of targets. This is just a basic scheme that may vary depending on the program and real terrain conditions, but the higher find rate and detection depth can be recognized.

+ 12 individually storable user programs offer the professional user extremely efficient application possibilities and at the same time make it easy for the hobby beginner to achieve the highest find rate with simple operation.

With the patented, shock-protected and waterproof remote control as Deus II control module, also known as RC, the internal settings of the DEUS II can be adjusted. The remote control can be attached to the S-telescopic shaft via a handy clip holder or stowed in the included belt pouch.



The assembly and disassembly of the detector typically takes just a few seconds at XP! And all that without annoying cables! The patented FMF coil can also be swapped in a flash.

The slightly modified 3-part S-telescopic shaft at the handle swings superbly, significantly better than straight telescopic shafts. The ergonomically shaped rubber handle fits the hand very comfortably and slip-proof. Our verdict: A metal detector cannot be held in the hand any better.


The XP Deus II remote control is IP68 certified and mechanically designed and waterproof up to a diving depth of 20m.   





With the Deus II, XP also presents the first bone conduction headphones for metal detectors, optionally available as accessories. 
The headphones generate sound with encapsulated transducers that sit just in front of the auricles, i.e. where the temporal bone meets the cheekbone. The headphones produce an amazingly good sound and give the user the opportunity to perceive the ambient sounds completely without obstructing ear cups that cover the ears.

XP Deus II bone conduction headphones (not included) can be used up to 20m diving depth and can also be used on land.
