Shipping information

We work closely with DHL and DPD – every day our parcels are collected directly from our warehouse by both shipping service providers. We deliver to all listed countries. As a rule, your order leaves our warehouse on the day of the order (provided the goods are available from stock and the order is received before 1:00 pm) and will be delivered to you with a 99 % probability on the following working day.

We ship EU-wide to the following countries:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, and Hungary.

There are no shipping costs for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).

Delivery periods:

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods in Germany is within 1-2 days, for deliveries abroad within 2-5 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that delivery does not take place on Sundays and public holidays.

Prepayment
Make your payment directly to our bank account. Important note: Please indicate the order number in the reason for payment. Your order will be dispatched as soon as we have received your payment. Please request our bank details.

PayPal
Payment with credit card, direct debit, invoice or by installment. PayPal installment payment is an offer from PayPal. You can apply for the installment payment with PayPal. Whether this is available to you depends on your creditworthiness. Metalldetektoren.de has no influence on this.

Credit card via PayPal
You do not need a PayPal account for this PayPal service. In the payment process, select the button: PayPal, direct debit, credit card and then credit card. With this option you can make a convenient and secure credit card payment.

Google Pay via PayPal
With Google Pay you can pay quickly and easily. To use the service, first download and set up the free Google Pay app for Android. It is linked to your Google account. Google Pay already works with numerous debit or credit cards in Germany. Any bank account can also be linked to Google Pay via PayPal.  

ApplePay via PayPal
Apple Pay offers a convenient, secure and confidential method of payment via iPhone, iPad and Mac. Click on Apple Pay and confirm your purchase using the Touch/Face ID on your Apple device without entering your credit card details. With your Sparkassen girocard stored in Apple Pay, you can also pay by girocard in our dm online shop or the dm app.

Invoice (for regular customers)
Regular customers have the option of purchasing on invoice (this will then be automatically activated in the shop). We also supply public institutions, authorities and large companies from Germany by arrangement on account. The payment term is 14 days net. The insured shipment is made on the day of the order.

Cash on delivery (for regular customers)
When paying cash on delivery, you pay for the order directly to the parcel delivery person. This payment method is not available for guest orders. Please note that cash on delivery payment is only possible for orders of up to 1,500 euros. There is also a 6 euro cash on delivery fee per order plus 2 euro transfer fee per parcel. The transfer fee is not included in the total amount of our online shop when ordering and is charged in addition to the total amount by the shipping company. Delivery to packing stations is not possible for cash on delivery shipping.

Klarna purchase on invoice
With purchase on invoice with Klarna, you receive the goods and have 30 days to settle them with Klarna. When the goods are dispatched, the invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. You will receive the payment information separately by e-mail from Klarna. Please transfer the invoice amount exclusively to the bank details provided by Klarna. You can view your current payment status at any time in the Klarna app or Klarna customer portal at www.klarna.com/de by entering your e-mail address.

Klarna Sofort
With Klarna Sofort you pay securely and conveniently by direct bank transfer using your usual online banking data (PIN/TAN) and without registration. Metalldetektoren.de receives a real-time confirmation after completion of the transfer. This enables us to send stock goods immediately – so you will receive your purchases faster.

AmazonPay 
when paying via Amazon Pay, simply use your Amazon login details to pay easily.
