XP once again pushes the high-end boundaries with the Deus II. This new wireless multi-frequency metal detector is unique worldwide with its features and performance. As soon as the coil, remote control, headphones, and pinpointer are paired, they communicate completely wirelessly and without delay (10x faster than Bluetooth) via XP's patented radio protocol system.

This means the finds/targets detected by the search coil are transmitted to the headphones quickly and without delay, giving the DEUS II truly unrivaled speed and accuracy. Thanks to FMF® technology (Fast Multi Frequency), the DEUS II delivers excellent performance in any terrain and under all conditions, both on land and underwater.

The user can choose between the new fast and simultaneous multi-frequency programs or between 49 individual frequencies from 4 to 45 kHz. The graphic below illustrates the sensitivity and iron discrimination capabilities depending on the frequency. The advantage of the XP Fast Multi-Frequency programs, which cover a wider range of targets, is clearly visible. This is only a basic schematic, which may vary depending on the program and actual terrain conditions, but the greater find rate and search depth can already be seen.

+ 12 individually storable user programs give the professional user extremely efficient application options and make it easier for the hobby beginner to achieve the highest find rate with simple operation.

With the patented, shock-protected and waterproof remote control as the Deus II control module, also called RC, the internal settings of the DEUS II can be adjusted. The remote control can be attached to the S-telescopic shaft with a practical clip holder or stowed in the included belt pouch.



The assembly and disassembly of the detector typically takes only a few seconds at XP! And all this without annoying cables! The patented FMF coil can also be changed in no time at all.

The slightly modified 3-part S-telescopic shaft at the handle swings excellently, comparatively much better than straight telescopic shafts. The ergonomically shaped rubber handle is very comfortable and non-slip in the hand. We think: A metal detector really can't sit better in the hand.


The XP Deus II remote control is IP68 certified and is mechanically designed and waterproof for diving depths up to 20m.   






The WSA II XL wireless headphones, with their soft, circumaural design, offer excellent protection against cold and disturbing ambient noise.

With the Deus II, XP also presents the first optional bone conduction headphones for metal detectors.
The headphones generate the sounds using encapsulated transducers sitting just in front of the auricles, i.e. where the temporal bone meets the zygomatic bone. The headphones have an astonishingly good sound and provide the user the opportunity to perceive environmental sounds entirely without obstructive headphone cups that cover the ears.

XP Deus II bone conduction headphones (not included) can be used up to a depth of 20m and are also suitable for land use.
