The Garrett ACE 300i is part of the best-selling series among entry-level metal detectors. Garrett has given the most popular series an "i" update. Metal objects can be distinguished on the display by numeric values “Digital Target ID”. The values range from 0-99. Thanks to even sharper audio tones, even better metal differentiation is possible. 8 sensitivity levels can be adjusted and, by setting the notch response pattern, trash finds can be avoided. With the pinpoint function, final precise searches can be carried out.



The metal detector is perfect for searching for coins, relics, small gold nuggets, and other treasures.

The search depth depends on soil composition, object size, and search coil. The Garrett ACE 300i can reach a maximum search depth of up to 150 cm for very large objects.

Waterproof search coil

The search coil is waterproof so you can detect in shallow water at lakes or at the beach in the water. The case must not get wet. It should be protected from rain.



Recognize metals by numeric value

The "Digital Target ID" helps to identify metals. Shape, size, and type of metal determine the numeric value. Iron and steel have a low numeric value. Bronze, silver, lead, medium-sized jewelry items, ... have a medium numeric value. Gold, large jewelry items and large coins have a very high numeric value. With higher mineralization, the numeric value increases.
Detecting metals by tones



The ACE 300i produces three different tones. Low-conductivity objects have a low tone, medium-conductivity metal can be heard via a medium-high tone, and high-conductivity metal is heard via a bell tone.
