Foreign offers include no German warranty and no quick repair service. We repair devices directly in Germany, stock spare parts, and offer telephone advice. These advantages apply only when purchasing through a German dealer.

Do I have to send the Altus abroad if it is defective?

No. Devices purchased from us are generally repaired in Germany. We receive replacement circuit boards directly from the manufacturer and can carry out many repairs quickly.

Which coils are compatible with the Altus?

How long is the warranty?

You receive the statutory warranty according to German law. In case of repair, you have a German contact and do not need to send the device abroad.
