By popular demand, the XP innovation forge around Alain Loubet produces this concentric search coil in spider design as a supplement to the double-D series.

The display behavior is somewhat faster and more concise than with the 22.5 cm series coil, so the concentric spider is particularly advantageous for small metal objects. It is also easier to find the located metals below the coil. The slewing speed is increased and therefore also the overall search speed.

Compared to the double-D coil, the spider coil is significantly less susceptible to interference. In our tests, it was even possible to detect directly at a current changeover switch without interference.

Compared to the double-Dseries coil , the detection fieldis narrower towards the bottom, so that a better separation of debris is possible.
