XP once again pushes the high-end boundaries with the Deus II. This new wireless multi-frequency metal detector is unique worldwide with its features and performance. Once the coil, remote control, headphones, and pinpointer are paired, they communicate completely wirelessly and without delay via XP’s patented radio protocol system (10x faster than Bluetooth).

This means that the targets detected by the search coil are quickly and without delay transmitted to the headphones, giving the DEUS II absolutely unrivaled speed and accuracy. Thanks to FMF® technology (Fast Multi Frequency), the DEUS II delivers outstanding performance in any terrain and under all conditions, both on land and underwater.

The user can choose between the new fast and simultaneous multi-frequency programs or between 49 single frequencies from 4 to 45 kHz. The graph below illustrates sensitivity and iron discrimination capability as a function of frequency. You can clearly see the advantage of XP Fast Multi-Frequency programs, which cover a wider range of targets. This is only a basic schematic that may vary depending on the program and real terrain conditions; however, you can see the higher find rate and search depth.

With the patented, shockproof and waterproof remote control as the Deus II control module—also called RC—the internal settings of the DEUS II can be adjusted. The remote control can be attached to the S-telescopic rod in a practical clip holder or stowed in the supplied belt pouch.



The assembly and disassembly of the detector typically only takes a few seconds with XP! And all of this without annoying cables! The patented FMF coil can be exchanged in a snap.

The slightly modified 3-piece S-telescopic rod swings excellently at the handle, considerably better when compared to straight telescopic rods. The ergonomically shaped rubber handle sits very comfortably and securely in the hand. We think: A metal detector couldn’t fit better in your hand.


The XP Deus II remote control is IP68 certified and mechanically designed and waterproof for diving depths up to 20m.   





XP presents with Deus II also the first bone conduction headphones (Bone Conduction) for metal detectors, optionally available as accessory.
The headphones generate the sounds with encapsulated transducers located just in front of the ears, where the temporal bone meets the zygomatic bone. The headphones have an amazingly good sound and offer the user the possibility of fully perceiving ambient sounds without obstructive headphone cups that cover the ears.

XP Deus II bone conduction headphones (not included) can be used for diving up to 20m and may also be used on land.

The WS6 is not only a wireless audio headphone. The XP Deus WS6 wireless headphones control the functions of the miniature electronics integrated in the search coil. Without the Deus II remote control, the WS6 wireless headphones can also be connected directly to the search coil to form an independent and extremely lightweight unit.
